袁国勇，1961年生人，中共党员，中学教师，北师大研究生。从中学校长、书记位置退休。非物质文化遗产“神仙一把抓”中医疗法第一传人。

Yuan Guoyong, born in 1961, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a middle school teacher, and a graduate student of Beijing Normal University.        幼年体弱，遂拜河北保定易县山沟里的中医马永祥为师，学习武术。马师永祥，字蘅斋，其祖上自明朝永乐13年由山西小兴州利民镇迁居河北保定易县裴山村，十余世务农、行医、练武，建国后参加工作，在镇中医院坐堂行医。马氏一族，世代行医，家学渊源，有多项中医绝技在家族内传承，后迁居易县，又与“易水学派”相融合，互为印证，更加精妙。其中一项绝技叫做“神仙一把抓”尤为神奇，相传得自武当，乃道医绝技之一，宋朝至金元，会此技者尚多，后由于战乱及瘟疫等各种原因，几近失传，久已不见江湖，目前只知道我师父家尚存，且历代单传。

After more than ten generations, he practiced farming, practiced medicine and martial arts. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he worked and practiced medicine in the town hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine. The Ma clan has been practicing medicine for generations and family origin. It has a number of traditional Chinese medicine skills passed down in the family, and later moved to Yi County, and integrated with the "Yi Water School", which confirms each other and is more exquisite. One of the unique skills is called "immortals grasp". It is said that it is one of the special medical skills. From the Song Dynasty to the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, there were many people who knew this skill.

        我师父只有一个儿子，也就是我师兄，但我师兄只练武没学中医，师父晚年时，非常担心家传十几代的中医绝技“神仙一把抓”失传，思忖再三，才从我们一百多个师兄弟里选了我和一个师弟一个师妹共三人悉心传授了此法，并嘱咐我们勤于用功，将来造福一方百姓，万不可将此法失传。师父仙逝后，我们师兄弟三人苦练功法和诊法、治法，均小有成就，以此法救助病患，口碑甚隆。为不使此法失传并弘扬于世，2022年，我将此疗法申请了非物质文化遗产。

      “神仙一把抓”理论认为人之所病，其外因皆为“风寒暑湿燥火”六淫所致，但以寒、湿所致疾病最多，约占了人类疾病的八成以上。寒湿入体，淤堵于经络之中，阻断经气运行，而致各种症状的出现，治疗原则以排出体内寒湿、打通经络淤堵、恢复经气运行为要。寒湿出，则病愈。

The theory of "immortal grasp" holds that the external causes of human diseases are caused by "wind, cold, heat, wet and dry fire", but the diseases caused by cold and wet are the most, accounting for more than 80% of human diseases. Cold and wet into the body, blockage in the meridians, block the operation of qi, and cause the emergence of various symptoms, the principle of treatment is to discharge the cold and wet in the body, through the meridians blockage, restore the meridian of air transport behavior. When the cold and dampness blows out, the disease will recover.

练习“神仙一把抓”，首先要修炼道家功法，使内气充沛，尤其是手掌心的劳宫穴要练致探头一样灵敏，能感知病人身体疾病之所在。探查清楚后，以元阳之气缓缓导入患者经络之中，将寒湿逼出，从而达到治愈之目的。此法对骨关节疾病和心脏病、高血压、癌症、肾病等有极好的疗愈作用。

修习之初，除了增加自身元气的功法，还必须练习“护体功”以防止治疗过程中病人之病气反窜上身，医者容易受到伤害。
