我们根据这首民瑶，来到北京齐天中医院，了解冰山一角，与大家分享！张延德（1962年3月生）男、汉族、湖北宜昌人，毕业于北京光明中医学院教授。中医全科，全国名中医，中国管理科学院院士专家，世界非物质文化遗产研究院特邀院士，中医战略科学家，院士专家理事长，国医泰斗，百年古方传承人，北京齐天中医院院长，英国中医师学院名誉院长。

其中，有位患者，男60岁的先生。身材肥胖近一周来总感到胸闷，尤其是躺下，胸膛上感觉压着什么，喘不过气来，站起来才觉得舒服点，这位老先生很担心自己心脏病，心里害怕，结果去大医院做了检查，什么也未查出，大夫告诉他没有心脏病，可能与劳累有关。让他回去好好休息，也未给他开药。这位先生很纳闷。明明的很不舒服，怎么什么也检查不出来呢？大夫不开药，我这个病怎么才能变好呢？经朋友的介绍，这位先生抱着对中医半信半疑的态度找到了张院士，希望张院士给他治好。其实，这位先生的问题确实不是心脏出了毛病而是痰湿太盛，聚阻上焦，影响了胸中阳气的运行。此先生之舌象也验证了张院士的诊断，舌体肥大两边有齿痕，舌苔白腻，确实是痰湿盛的表现。

张院士说：湿痰是阴邪，喜欢往下走，而躺着的时候，痰湿就会蒙蔽心窍，而站起来时，痰湿往下走了，心脏就不会感到不舒服。湿痰在胸中，就似一团密布的乌云，把胸中的阳气阻挡的严严实实，胸闷不振，就会胸口心慌，而阴雨天气时，天地间阴气加重，阳气减弱，阴浊不降。阳气不升所以病状会加重。怎么解决这个问题呢？那就把这团乌云赶走，让阳光出来，这样胸中病浊下降，清阳流通升发，阳升阴降，这病啊，就自然愈了。这位先生听完张院士的解释，如释重负，很积极得让张院士赶紧开方子。张院长就开了个专门治疗心脏病，闷痛的齐天圣医养心酒，齐天圣医养心酒，调胸痹、心痛彻背者，齐天圣医养心酒，主之。

齐天圣医养心酒，可以治疗胸闷有独到之处呢？他可洗涤胸肺中的痰垢，老痰，郁痰都可以清除，清肺化痰，宽胸散结．使胸中聚集的阴寒散开、胸中气机恢复正常，所以宽胸，感觉胸中宽阔无比，呼吸通畅，此养心酒效往下走，下到大肠可以润肠通便，上能化痰，下能通便，正好将化开的痰及降下来的痰，通导到大肠，从肠腑排出去，所以有通路都考虑到了．其次，胸中堵的厉害，就把心胸中的浊气一路荡涤下去，浊气没有了。心胸自然宽松了。张院士说了：此齐天圣医养心酒，心病宜食之，注：此处所说的心病”即冠心病，心绞痛之类的心血等病，此养心酒还有咳嗽，“呕逆”等症状，而这个齐天圣医养心酒刚好可以解决这个问题。另外此养心酒还有一种作用是通十二经络正因为它无经不达，所以，它有活血祛瘀，散寒止痛·通阳宣痹。调和气血，平和阴阳作用，故具有升降有序。胸闷可除之功。加减：如整天叹气，情绪不佳者，加柴胡，，郁金，胸痛如针扎，舌头颜色发暗，加红花，桃仁活血化瘀，胸中发冷加桂枝温阳。
